I cannot remove videos using Fraps because if I run both the applications, my game lags, since I don't have a graphic card. Here are some random screenshots I have. The best way would be to actually spec me like I suggested but I don't see that happening.

in your cstrike folder there is a demo file names lamda deathmatch .dem
