screen shots can't help you to get unbanned , post demo or wait until your ban duration expires

Yes but cant find the demo man.. see to my screenshots from my cstrike file adn help me what the demo is

look for .dem file which has todays date and time when you were banned in second column

Lamda_Umbrella.dem" this is the name of demo you need. Can't find in your screen shots. And yeh we can delete it too
