The demo in my cstrike file is 266mb in size and from what i read on the website, you guys need a max 20mb file. It can only be compressed to about 40mb. So should i upload that or is there another way to do this? Please suggest how to go about this. Thanks.

Lol , that size limit may be for on-site upload only.

Anyways, point here is you can upload any size of a demo you have on external sites like http://www.zippyshare.com/ and all.
