16 bit is no bullshit it's a perfectly legit reason. And don't give me crap about not knowing what 16 bit is. Standard cs is set to 32 bit so you knew very well what you were doing when you changed it to 16 bit. And if you get caught with it again we will put a happy little permban on yo' a**.
