How so? they should be both ON fear & square, obviously there are idiots who  do team kills etc... but there are addons to avoid, years ago used to have it in my own server.. everytime you get killed by a team mate you get options of what to do with him e.g slay next round / slay immediately / blind / forgive and so on, OR else you can get an addon for auto Ban on team kill say set it on to max 5 team kill if u reach it get banned for say an hour...

Nothing like it for team flash tho, but either way should still be ON
