I've been searching him through the banlist
I've found 2 expired bans and 2 UNexpired...

to explain the 'active ban' situation

And when we say "you have active ban".
It means you have been banned once or many time due to changing your IP Adress and/ or your steamID so you can connect again
U should open the expired ban - the ban is added as permanent so its a amxbans bug website. So then its an active ban.
