Did you reinstall your counter strike? then steam ID changes for non steam players if they change cs installation.

No, I didn't reinstall anything. I just entered the server today and found all my powers gone.

I checked your Account, you have Level 100 and 4600 XP. And at your powers you have only upgraded Rock Damage, Jockey Invisible and Forcefield Time. Everything is there. I see that other users used this name so its possible that the user invested your XP . Or maybe reseted something at powers. Shit happens then for you. You can protect your Nickname for the future, only read and follow the registerformat https://forum.lamdaprocs.in/forum-170.html

the levels are there but the powers aren't, fml really...

You should read my message here. The Upgrades you have are bad. Forcefield only for admins, rock damage ok and jockey invisible works only for Steam Users. Maybe your old powers got reseted by another one ; ) Thats why i am saying use PROTECTION for the future.
