What set of skills should a Server Admin have? to find a hacker and have a calm attitude when anwsering to players problems

- You should definitely know about the mod. < yes
- You should be active in the server < yes
- You should point out the rules to others < yes (in server)
- You should always offer help wherever possible
- You should be old enough (14 and more) < yes
- You have to be active in the forum. < getting in it =)
- No new registered users are accepted if they are not active at least 6 months, especially in the server < yes since 2 years i guess
- No cheats, no tricks, no cheating. < yes
- You definitely should NOT play yourself as a boss. < yes he knows that im the boss
- You should be able to speak English, preferably lithuania, serbia, france, german) < yes english and idk other
