Private Message Plugin - Raymond Reddington - 07-20-2018
Hello, I've been requested to create a private message plugin.
What does it do?
Basically, you, as a player, write a text using /pm into chat which will show you a menu of players. You'll choose one and your chat automatically opens to write a message to certain chosen player. Player will receive the message after clicking enter.
* ADDED A SOUND FOR RECEIVER!
Cvars?
r_pmessage 0/1 = allows players to send private messages throughout the whole server (0 - can't / 1 - can)

Good approach again !! Although we have PM feature embedded in our one plugin already used in PUB servers , one can PM any particular individual by typing this , !PM "first 3-4 words/symbols of that player's nick". Most aren't aware of it but it works well. It is Admin chat/privilege plugin completely developed by one of Lamda's developer "@

Yea, but I have noticed you don't have it on your Knife Server where it'd be surely needed. Consider it.

Will talk with hunter about it , as our current plugin has more features so it might coincides with current active plugins/features already there. So again your separate plugin might work well there better.
