Banned for One Day - SINISTER..!! - 08-19-2018
So here is another case where the core admin named Dmak abuses his power.. not the first time he has done this... he first gagged me for 5 mins then changed his name to toneri lund choos le... i also play by name toneri otsutsuki... again he gagged me for 60 mins so i changed by name to ungag me you bot admin.. and for this he banned my for 24 hours... so easy to ban right?? he has been known to kick people just for blocking his view while playing... he does anything he wants... he shelled out some money to the server owner and now he thinks he owns the whole server all by himself..
should i also pay for adminship and do the same with him or others? Are admins suppose to be responsible adults or stupid kids with power in their hand?? i thought being an admin was a responsibility yes some BOTS choose to follow the saying Might Is Right...
I have a whole notepad full of his stupid acts of stupidity and abuse of power i hope this chap is put in place.

OK. here is the thing, Mr/Miss TONERI. First stop crying. You know why I changed my name to Toneri Lund Choos? because I was playing with Lund Choos nick and then you said something to me on the mic. I would have kicked/banned you that time itself, yet I decided to ignore it and just changed my name.
The reason you are gagged- If you have the mic, you have no reason to abuse either the admin or the fellow players who are playing in your team. I have been known to kick people for blocking view? Really? Do you have any proof?
I did not shell out money to the server to do whatever I want to do. I support the server in whatever way possible and that includes handling stupid people like you and other things that admins need to do to maintain the server - something you never get to do until you learn to respect your fellow players. Again, the people who I mess with are the people I know already and I am good friends with - ask Yami, ask Striker, Ask karoge, ask fucker, ask mafia. You are no in that league and neither I am friends with you so you cannot come and abuse me whenever you want.
Admin abuse bears a ban of 1 week - you would not be able to post your demo here because you got kicked when you changed your name to 'Dmak c****** admin ungag kar' - ask any Admin/Core Admin/ Owner what that means on the server.
And for your information I am not a kid, jitne saal se tere lulli pe baal nikle hai, I have been playing this game since then. I come to the server in my free time for leisure not to handle attitude of noobs like you.
Let me tell you this, I have a full notepad of list of people who would pay to keep you and your MIC out of the server. And why players leave server when I am online, get their opinion for that, if someone has to go for some work, you will hold me responsible for them leaving? I am sorry but you can check the game stats to find out how much time I actually play, what time I play and how much time in that period the server is full. I am not claiming credit for making the server full, even though I go ahead and invite players, start wars so that people join, but that does not mean I will take bullshit from you about people leaving the server in my presence.
No you do not need to buy adminship to play on the server, you need to play properly and respect other players when you are there, something you can never understand and I am sure and Egoistic noob like you will never understand. The community does not need people like you who do not respect other players and admins on the server. You can wishfully leave or the next time I see you on the server, I will give you a permanent ban.

it would be better if you could explain it in 4-5 sentences not make an entire essay for us to read 24 hour ban is cool down period for you if you keep saying pointless stuff without actual evidence like snaps and demo no 1 is going to read it ok and keep your attitude in control insulting admins will get u ban this much every 1 knows ur not new here he banned u 1 day now dont make me extend that for u if u keep insulting the admins ok chillax and u wont have any issue while gaming

If there is admin abuse: the one you are talking about will get consequences.
If you have done what is said: your ban is legal.
I am not aware of the situation and can't read all of this. So I won't stick my head into any opinion.
1 day ban is not an Armageddon. It for sure does make you angry, but...
So I hope the situation gets clear without escalating.

This post by DOES NOT CONTAIN what you actually SAID ON THE MIC by voice chat..... for that you should have submitted your demo or a third persons demo...
As per rules any complaint for admin abuse must be accompanied by supporting demo... there is no demo here.... only a console transcript which also doesnt explain anything.... since the issue here is with regard to the player being gagged first then banned for keeping an abusive nick... it was very crucial for you to have submitted your demo or someone else's demo where voice chats of both the banned player and the admin could have been heard.... as this is not done this thread is useless and does not justify anything..... in anycase the ban has been completed as it was a one day ban......
FOR FURTHER REFERENCE OF ADMINS and STAFF MEMBERS
in support of my claim that this player is nothing more than a menace on the server i am attaching screenshots of the various names/nicks he has kept while he is on the sv..... all the nicks marked in red are either abusive to some player or to some admin or the LPC community...... it shows his immaturity and level of respect he has for the LPC community.... he maybe a regular player but that doesnt give him license to insult admins or the Community as a whole....
This guy's method is simple... he will say provocative stuff on the server in voice chat... then when it crosses limits some admin will gag him... then he will change his nick to something abusive or disrespectful..... now since his initial offence is by way of a Voice chat there is no record of it in console info... he is very careful not to write any provocative things on chat cause he knows that then it comes on record and can be reproduced....
given this background.... i do not find any fault with Admins on the Indian SV gagging him or even this present ban... he deserves it in my opinion... and the many many times he has been gagged is clear from the many many times he changed his nick to "ungag me" etc....
This guys is a mere attention seeker... once again i request everyone not to pay any attention to what he says.... from now on Admins on the Indian SV will be instructed to be on the lookout for sinister saying anything abusive or being disrepectful in general... when that happen a definitive and conclusive action will be taken.... we can only tolerate such people for so long.....
